El Toro Zoysia

Is a medium leaf blade; dark green color in growing season, warm brown in dormancy; good fall color retention. It is low maintenance, has excellent drought resistance, tolerant to high traffic, works best in full sun to partial shade and has low fertility requirements and needs low mowing frequency. It is often used on golf courses (fairways, tees and roughs) and also for residential and commercial properties.
