It is easy to care for your sod. To properly care for your sod, there are some things you should know. Using the SOD

First, water the soil/ground before you apply the sod. Then, you can apply the sod. This is a simple process, but it’s not the end. We’re only at the beginning. After that, fertilize your sod. Organic fertilizer is required, in case you didn’t know. This is the most crucial step. Non-organic fertilizer can dry the soil, which could mean you’ve wasted your money.

Watering

After fertilizing is complete, water the grass at least twice daily for the first few days. This is vital for grass. After about a week, or a week and a half, you can start watering your lawn at least once per day.You must water your sod every day to keep it in tip-top condition. 

This will provide the root with all of the essential minerals it needs, especially in summer. Summer temperatures can be very hot, so water is essential to maintain a lawn that looks beautiful and healthy.

Mowing

You will need to mow the lawn every now and again.Do not allow the grass to grow beyond two inches above the ground.  This is important as the grass will dry faster if it isn’t growing fast enough.
