Your lawn needs different watering habits, protection, and attention from the beginning to the end of the year. This seasonal list will help you take care of your lawn all year.

Spring

• Take out any leaves, twigs, and other debris left over from the colder months.
• It’s the best time of year to get your lawn tools ready for spring! For the first mowing season, make sure to sharpen your mower blades in order to ensure clean cuts.
• It is possible for your mower to have accumulated moisture from the winter. Make sure you get fresh gasoline.
• You should aerate your lawn to ensure that water, fertilizers, and oxygen can reach the roots. To ensure that the machine works efficiently, choose a day when soil is not saturated.
• Mow your lawn as often as you can to ensure a healthy lawn.

Sommer

• Your grass’ water needs will increase as a result of rising temperatures that evaporate moisture. Water wisely. Lawns require as much as 1/3 inch of water each day. For healthy grass, be aware of the temperature and water requirements.
• A healthy lawn is the best way to get rid of weeds. Don’t allow weeds infest your lawn.
• It is important to maintain the right height. A taller grass means that the roots are deeper than the grass. This will result in fewer weeds. It also allows for more moisture to be retained in the soil, which can lead to longer watering intervals. Your mower should be set at the ideal height of between 2 and 3 inches.

Autumn
